RATE:
What I charge per hour/event depends on several things:
1) Date
2) Time & Hours wanted
3) Location
4) Number of Children (including your own)
5) The option (activities) you want
*MONDAY- FRIDAY after 5:30 PM SPECIAL: $50/hr within 10 miles of 22311 ONLY*
Does not include Holidays!
Once an agreement is reached, Heavenly Face Designs will issue you a contract and an invoice via email for either $25 or $50 non-refundable reserve date deposit* through PayPal. The amount of the deposit depends on the final amount. Payment is due within 48 hours of reserving your date and time otherwise someone else can take your spot. This amount goes towards your final total. The rest of the amount (minus the $25 or $50) is due at the time of the event paid by CASH ONLY. Corporate checks accepted for corporate events. An additional $35 service charge will be added if checks are bounced. If you would like to pay through PayPal, the amount is due 3 days before the event and a small service charge will be added.
Are you having an out door event? I will need to be in a shaded area due to the paints/balloons damaging. I have a 10x10 tent that I can bring at an additional charge. Please let me know in advance.
*Reserve Date Deposit is non-refundable due to emergencies, weather, or cancelations of any kind. The RDD is refunded only if I am unable to make it do to sickness or an emergency and I can not find a replacement.
