Welcome to Heavenly Face Designs!  We are a licensed and insured small, women, and minority owned business that provides face painting,  balloon twisting, and glitter tattoos at a great rate. We currently serve the Northern VA, DC, and MD areas close by.  We will also be expanding our services to the Richmond and surrounding areas in Fall of 2010.Here you will find pictures in our gallery, information about how to book us for an event, available dates, and ways to contact us.  We use non-toxic, FDA compliant paints from Snazaroo, Wolfe, and Kryolan specially made for face and body painting.   Thank you for visiting and have an awesome day!
